Control Method for Electromagnetic Brake Motor Drive
1. Controlled by switches and relays
1) Easy control.
2) Contact capacity greater than 5A.
2. Controlled by DB200E and DB200A built-in drivers
1) No contact control, long service life, maintenance free;
2) Can achieve slow acceleration, slow deceleration, and fast stop;
3) It can be directly controlled by PLC or sensors.
3. Controlled by DK series bus type speed control driver
1) Using CC-CAN (RS-485), the motor can be controlled through the CC-CAN (Modbus) protocol.
2) One machine with multiple functions, capable of controlling a full range of multifunctional reduction motors from 6 to 200W.
4. Controlled by frequency converter A025
1) The electromagnetic braking motor is controlled by a frequency converter, which can slow down and wait until the speed drops to zero before braking, greatly extending the service life of the brake pads;
2) Input power supply single-phase 220V, equipped with three-phase 220V electromagnetic brake motor for use;
3) It can achieve analog or pulse frequency speed regulation, multi-stage speed, and stop electromagnetic braking after power loss;
4) It can be controlled by RS-485 communication.
5. DF48, DF50 digital display panel
1) Used in conjunction with frequency converters;
2) It can display and control the motor speed, operation, and stop digitally.
6. Potentiometer kit, resistance value: 5k Ω
1) Used in conjunction with frequency converters;
